Overview
The main focus of John's research is looking at synergistic immuno-chemotherapy in ovarian cancer. Low-dose chemotherapy in combination with genetically modified, targeted T cells have aldready been shown to produce better tumour killing compared with either therapy alone. John is aiming to explore and optimise this relationship, in addition to determining a mechanism for this synergy.
