Joining the College in 2018, Kim worked with the International Relations Office (IRO) for 3 years before joining the Student Financial Support (SFS) team in November 2021. Kim's new role with SFS involves supporting the administration and activities for the UK's Turing Scheme. The Turing Scheme offers funding for international opportunities in education and training across the world.

During her time in the IRO, Kim managed and provided support for a range of IRO activities including several student mobility/exchange programmes, high profile international stakeholder events and other international projects.

Prior to joining the College, Kim studied Anthropology at Brunel University London, where she worked with international NGOs and HEIs in South Africa, Sri Lanka and Montserrat (W.I). In December 2017, she earned a Masters of Research with Distinction in Social Anthropology after completing fieldwork in the Caribbean.
