Summary
Lucy Chivers is the Executive Assistant to the Head of Department and Departmental Operations Manager.
She provides pro-active support to the Head of Department and Department Operations Manager across the full range of their activities ensuring that the office runs smoothly and professionally.
She also manages the administration of the recruitment of all staff within the Department, plus a wide range of HR responsibilities, as well as organising major annual staff exercises.
Additionally, Lucy manages the administration of alumni activities within the Department, and is the Department administrator for Athena Swan.
