Research interests

show research

My main research interest is targeting sleep and other early destigmatising markers of deterioration to derive significant advances in our understanding of mental ill-health prevention strategies in seldom-heard and young groups with complex conditions. I aim to utilise innovative technologies in my investigation, whilst conducting meaningful patient and public involvement within each project.
