Lindsey Morse is a Deputy Associate Director (Managing Associate) of the Transport Strategy Centre (TSC) within the Transport Section at Imperial College London. Since joining the TSC in 2014, she has worked on transit benchmarking in the U.S. and internationally (with a focus on bus and paratransit operations). She is currently the Project Manager for the American Bus Benchmarking Group, a coalition of mid-sized transit agencies in the U.S. She also supports the International Bus Benchmarking Group, a coalition of large urban bus organizations worldwide.

Lindsey was a member of the Transportation Research Board's Committee on Paratransit from 2016-2020; following the TRB committee restructuring, she is now a member of the Committee on Transit Management and Performance. She is a member of Women in Transport and former board member of its predecessor WTS London (as well as a former member of WTS Boston).

Previously, Lindsey worked for over five years in transportation planning at the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center, a multi-modal research and consulting agency of the U.S. Department of Transportation. At Volpe, Lindsey managed or co-led projects for federal land agencies (National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service, and U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service) and transportation agencies (Federal Transit and Highway Administrations) on various topics including multimodal transportation planning, performance metrics, climate change, and public health, at the local and national scale.

Lindsey has a Master in Urban Planning with a concentration in Transportation and Infrastructure from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
