Clinical & research interest areas:

  • • Diagnostic Ultrasound
  • • Preventative Medicine using novel nutritional techniques for diabetes, obesity, and high cholesterol

1. Ultrasound 

• novel ultrasound methods of detecting peripheral vascular disease
• novel ultrasound methods of non-invasive blood pressure measurement
• novel ultrasound methods of monitoring renal dialysis fistulas

 

2. NUTRITION THERAPY & Obesity Management

• weight-loss strategies pre- & post- bariatric surgery using novel nutritional techniques 
• medical nutrition therapy using smart foods for diabetes and high cholesterol
