I read Soil Science at Khulna University, Bangladesh and graduated with a first-class in 2005. After that I went on to Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh for master's studies in Soil Science. I then moved to Khulna University for working as an academia. I got Erasmus-Mundus Master's Scholarship in 2012 and moved to University of Poitiers, France and Technical University of Crete, Greece for studies in Advance Clay Science. After successfully complete the graduate studies in France and Greece, I moved back again in Khulna University. In 2017 I got Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Merit Scholarship and came to Imperial College, UK for PhD studies under the supervision of Prof. Dominik Weiss.
I am now working with "Environmental Geochemistry Group" and interest in Soil and Environmental related problems. My current PhD research focus on "Effect of Ionic Strength on Micro-nutrient Availability in Soils". In addition, my research interest also focuses on Climate Change, Soil Management as well as Geochemical Processes in Soils.
