Summary

Marika Kaakinen, MSc, PhD, develops and applies statistical analysis methods for genomic/omics research of metabolic health, including type 2 diabetes. She works with various types of omics data, including metabolomics, proteomics, whole-genome sequencing and gut microbiome data.
