Summary
Research interests
My research interests are at the intersection of economics and epidemiology. Specifically, I apply tools of econometrics and economic theory to design optimal policies for the control and eradication of infectious diseases.
In my current research I try to understand how limited resources should be allocated to most effectively reduce and eventually eradicate malaria. I am also studying how the political and economic environment of a country or region can curb or boost the impact of international aid on malaria eradication.
