Natasha is a research postgraduate within the Space and Atmospheric Physics division. She joined the department in October 2016, and is currently conducting research on the influence of stratospheric temperature perturbations on large-scale atmospheric and oceanic processes in aquaplanet models, under the joint supervision of Joanna Haigh and Arnaud Czaja.
Education and Employment
Natasha completed her undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Physics (MSci) from Durham University in July 2014. From March 2015 until July 2016 she held the post of Maths and Physics teacher at Shanghai Experimental Foreign Language School, where she taught both subjects at iGCSE and/or A-Level. She continues to teach within the Department of Physics, in the capacity of Tutorial Assistant for certain undergraduate courses.
