Olga is Honorary Clinical Research Fellow in the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College London. She has a BSc in Chemistry, a BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography and postgraduate specialisation in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Olga worked as a Diagnostic MR Radiographer at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust since 2013.
MR imaging is her principal area of interest, resulting in involvement in various kinds of advanced MRI techniques for clinical and research purposes. She gained an NIHR internship in clinical research and has been nominated to represent Imaging Department at Imperial NHS Trust as a Research Champion.
Olga gained Imperial Health Charity Pre-Doctoral Research Fellowship in 2019/20 and worked on her research project on MRI imaging of brain tumour patients by segmenting tumour volumes of gliomas on MRI scans using different automated technologies, some of which use artificial intelligence (AI).
