Phoebe obtained her BA in Behavioral Neuroscience from Connecticut College in 2018. She then received her MSc in Translational Neuroscience with distinction from Imperial College London in the fall of 2019.
Since 2019, she has been working with the Centre for Perinatal Neuroscience under the direction of Dr. Sudhin Thayyil. Her research interests are MR imaging, spectroscopy, and EEG of neonates with suspected brain injury following hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
