Summary

From early in my career, both my academic and research interests have been focused on the characteristics of Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and its symptom course. I recently documented the unusually high rates of trauma amongst prison inmates with history of ADHD, and their extensive rates of comorbidity.

More recently I am interested in investigating the role of early adversity and trauma on the risk for developing psychiatric disorder, particularly ADHD, but also comorbid personality disorder.
