Summary

Stefano is a Research Assistant in the Department of Aeronautics, Imperial College London. His research interests include the mechanical characterisation of high performance materials, from quasi-static to dynamic loading regimes.

Stefano achieved a PhD in the Aeronautics Department, Imperial College London. The work focused on the manufacture and characterisation of high performance microbraids, and their direct use as the reinforcing phase within polymer composites.

Stefano is currently the Aeronautics Post-Doc representative for the Structure section.
