Summary
Samantha Irving is an Clinical Scientist working at the NHLI researching non-invasive pulmonary function testing in children with lung disease. The main focus of her research is the multiple breath washout test, and measures of ventilation inhomogeneity.
Dr Irving completed her PhD at Imperial College in 2015. She currently holds an NIHR Clinical Lecturer Fellowship and combines this with her clinical work at the Royal Brompton Hospital. She is also an NIHR advocate for Health Scientists.
