RESEARCH INTERESTS
- Design optimal solvent mixtures for the integrated purification processes (cooling/antisolvent crystallization and isolation) of pharmaceutical compounds.
- Design optimal pure solvents and solvent blends for separating chemicals and biochemicals via liquid extraction.
- Develop generic methods for designing solvent mixtures and chemical products de novo from atom groups using chemical engineering insights and advanced optimization techniques.
- Develop mathematical models for determining optimal product formulations with applications in the area of adhesive product design.
