Summary
I am the Scientific Project Coordinator for The European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition (EPIC) — a prospective cohort with more than 521 000 study participants enrolled from 23 centres in 10 western European countries. EPIC data contains detailed information on diet, lifestyle characteristics, anthropometric measurements, and medical history collected from (1992—1999).
In this part-time role, I work closely with Professor Elio Riboli to co-ordinate the scientific, research and management responsibilities for the EPIC collaboration. I also support preparations for the REF 2021 and Open Access project.
I am originally from Missouri, USA, but have lived in France, Switzerland, Ukraine, Poland, Russia and England before moving to the Scottish Highlands in 2017.
