Summary

Tayana’s educational background is psychology, comprising a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology (Distinction). Tayana’s interests are human factors and nontechnical aspects of performance in healthcare settings, specifically multidisciplinary team meetings.

Tayana is currently studying for a PhD within the NIHR Patient Safety Translational Research Centre in the Department of Surgery and Cancer at Imperial College London, exploring cognitive and social factors that affect decision-making in cancer multidisciplinary team meetings.
