Summary
I oversee the management of a portfolio of clinical trials in mental health, involving the assessment of both investigative medicinal products and complex interventions. This entails supervising a small team of trial coordinators, monitors and administrative staff to ensure the safe conduct of the trials with adherence to necessary pharmacovigilance. Day-to-day responsibilities include protocol and other document writing, preparation of ethical and regulatory submissions, proactive risk identification and supporting issue resolution, managing the budget and contractual arrangements. I also collaborate on the development of new projects including funding applications.
