Summary
I joined the Section of Biomolecular Medicine at Imperial, in 2019, as a Lecturer in Lipid Metabolism & Signalling. Prior to this, I carried out my PhD at the University of Oxford and held post-doctoral appointments at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (2013-2014) and the University of Cambridge (2014-2019).
My research interests lie at the intersection of mass spectrometry imaging, lipid metabolism and spatial systems biology, and fall broadly into the following themes:
- Spatial (dis)organisation in liver injury, repair and cancer
- Mapping cancer metabolism in time and space
- Tools and method development for spatial systems biology
