Since leaving Imperial College you are most likely to have interacted with us through the College Alumni central office. The department is however gearing up to organise more Physics specific Alumni events, as we build up our own database. We will be dropping you an email to invite you to Departmental Colloquia, Prize giving and other celebrations as well as keep you up to date with highlights of departmental news in an annual newsletter.

Post Graduate Research Symposium - 30 June
The most recent event where we welcomed Alumni was the Physics Department Post Graduate Research Symposium held on 30 June 2014. Alumni enjoyed talking to the eighty or so 2nd year PhD students presenting posters on their PhD topics, attending the short prize giving ceremony and then mingling with the department over drinks in the sunshine on the level 8 terrace. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet our Alumni again and for them to find out more about the research that is being conducted within the department.
