Oxford PE-CDT students invite cohorts to visit labs

In August 2018, Oxford based CDT students organised a trip for Imperial College and Queen Mary University CDT students, Cohorts 6, 7, 8 and 9 to tours of Bodelian Library and new lab space in the physics department before visiting Lincoln and Corpus Christi Colleges. 

The day continued with poster presentations by students Ross Warren (Mortiz Reide's group), Adam Wright (Laura Herz's group), Alexandra Ramadan, Nikol Lambeva and Alice Smith (Donal Bradley's group).

Later, cohort building activities continued with punting on the River Cherwell, where in true cohort fashion, students found it was best to link punts and collaborate.

The day ended with a well earned pint at the ancient Bear Tavern.
