The governance team will check that all aspects of the research approvals procedure have been properly executed and obtain any outstanding approvals, before Trust Permission can be given. The following will be verified:
- Internal (Clinical Divisions, support services)
- Ethics (via IRAS)
- Regulatory (eg MHRA, ARSAC)
- Documentation (eg contract, agreements)
