Ionising radiation safety
Ionising radiations are used extensively within research and teaching at Imperial College London. A safety management system has been established to ensure that work is planned and completed in a manner that restricts, as far as reasonably practicable, the exposure to ionising radiation of those carrying out the work and of others who could be affected by the work. A list of Codes of Practice and Guidance is provided here in the Guidance Document List.
