We have put together some helpful information as well as some frequently asked questions and troubleshooting tips in case you experience any difficulties.

Log On Help

  • In order to use this site you will need to be a registered member of Ethos. If you have an Imperial College Login, please first register as an Ethos member via the Move Imperial Registration site (if using Firefox you may need to adjust your settings to view this page fully - select 'Options' from the Tools menu; in the 'Tabs' section select 'a new window').
  • You will need to use the email address Ethos has on record for you to use Move Imperial Bookings. If you are an Imperial student or staff member, your email address is your college one; if you are not an Imperial staff or student please check this with an Ethos staff member.
  • You can reset your password from here if you have forgotten it, or follow the link from the Log On page.

Q.
I am not an Imperial College staff or student - can I use Move Imperial Bookings?
A.
Yes, all Ethos members can now use Move Imperial Bookings.

Q.
Does Move Imperial Bookings work on all operating systems?
A.
Move Imperial Bookings works on most modern operating systems and browsers.

Q.
Can I book activities more than 6 days in advance?
A.
All normal bookings terms and conditions apply, so you can book up to 6 days in advance.

Q.
What payment facility is used in Move Imperial Bookings and how do I know my details will be safe?
A.
Move Imperial Bookings uses WPM Education, an established and secure online payment facility.

Q.
I want to cancel a booking I have made - can I get a refund?
A.
All normal bookings terms and conditions apply, so a booking can be moved to another appropriate date and time, but refunds will not be given. To move a booking made on Move Imperial Bookings, you will need to contact Ethos who will be able to do this for you.

Q.
I have made a booking on Move Imperial Bookings, but I want to move it to a different time/day.
A.
To move a booking made on Move Imperial Bookings, you will need to contact Ethos who will be able to do this for you.

Q.
I want to make more than one booking, but Move Imperial Bookings will not let me.
A.
Move Imperial Bookings is currently set to allow each user to make only two bookings per day.  You will need to wait until the following day to make additional bookings to allow all users the same opportunity to book.

Q.
I want to book 2 badminton courts at 2pm, but Move Imperial Bookings will not let me.
A.
Users are only allowed to book one court or one facility at any given time slot to allow users the same opportunity to book.  For example, you can only book one badminton court at any one time or you would be unable to book a badminton court and a squash court at the same time.

Q.
I have selected activities included as an option in my membership - can I use Move Imperial Bookings to make a booking?
A.
Yes, you can.  You will be asked to confirm your password, but you will not progress to the WPM Education payment page.

Q.
My email address is not accepted.
A.
You must use the email address that Ethos has on record for you.  If you are an Imperial student or staff member your email address is your college one; if you are not an Imperial staff or student please check this with an Ethos staff member.

Q.
I made a booking earlier but didn't proceed straight to the payment stage and now I cannot find my booking. How do I recover this booking?
A.
All bookings will remain in your shopping basket for 10 minutes and you will have an additional 15 minutes in the WPM education section to complete your transaction in order to secure your booking.  If you go over this allotted time of 25 minutes in total whilst making your booking, your booking will not have been completed and therefore cannot be recovered.
