This programme is available to Imperial staff who already have a strong data analytics foundation and want to develop more specialised knowledge and skills in data engineering. The course will:
- Develop skills in building and optimising data pipelines.
- Provide knowledge in managing various data storage solutions and processing data in different formats.
- Develop a foundational understanding of key analytics techniques.
- Enable you to clearly communicate complex data engineering concepts to diverse audiences.
Delivered over twenty months through blended learning, this course includes sixteen hands-on workshops with expert data engineers, monthly 1-1 sessions with a coach, world-class interactive eLearning, and practical exercises involving data engineering tools. You will also attend a masterclass programme delivered by Imperial College academics and learn about the analytics and technologies that are rapidly coming over the horizon to impact how you do your job.
