In this session, Amanda will be providing an interactive hour considering our development of Self-Compassion and how this approach can enable us to be happier, healthier and more resilient at work.
Do join us for this session of facilitated discussion, introduction to the theory and practice of self-compassion and the opportunity to participate in a reflective space.
We will consider some of the misconceptions around the approach and how we can take steps to incorporate self-compassion practices into our daily working lives.
