Who should attend
This course is only for staff with line management responsibility, including those who are new to the role. The aim of this course is to develop your understanding of stress, and the moral, financial, and legal implications for organisations. It will support line managers in using the Stress Management Competencies tool. This framework is designed to 'enhance the understanding of the skills, abilities and behaviours required by managers to manage stress in their staff.' (CIPD & HSE)
You will be required to submit a self-assessment survey and to nominate team members who will also complete a feedback assessment about you. Research has shown that this tool is most useful when individual self-assessment is compared to feedback from your team
