Continuous Professional Development portfolio
The Imperial Manager Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Portfolio is a combination of self-study activities attached to courses, individual reflections (Reflective questionnaire) and actions planned throughout the programme. CPD is required by CMI to evidence professional development by participants who are enrolled on the accredited programme. It has been designed to support the manager's professional success and to aid development planning at any career stage.
Reflective questions are based on Section A (Managing self and personal skills) of the National Occupational Standards for Management and Leadership.
Those who attend management courses, but are not enrolled on the ILMDP, are also encouraged to complete CPD.
Your completion of the CPD is monitored via online questionnaires and is necessary for completing the ILMDP and obtaining the Certificate of Achievement.
