  • Coaching, mentoring (including reverse mentoring)
  • Organisational safety - adherence to the legal requirements for safe operations across Imperial College

Collaboration with you via inclusive practice is at the core of our ethos and all activity which includes: organisational design, individual & group dynamics, academic leadership, change management, and team culture & values.

Our team of Consultants are both central and Faculty/Directorate based, working alongside our Faculty/Directorate leaders and Strategic HR Partners to enable; responsive, bespoke interventions based on your specific needs.
