Archives, Records & File Management
A Records Management System has been implemented across the College to comply with the Freedom of Information Act and the Data Protection Act.
Throughout the year, courses on Records Management, including the implementation of the College Records Management System (Records Management and Archive Storage - REMAS), will be run. These will be advertised directly to Faculties/Divisions/Departments.
We also provide tailored training covering the Records Management System, archives, record keeping and file management and explain how and why the College will comply with the legislation.
