Incorporating Emotional Intelligence (EI) into the way you lead requires increasing self-awareness, employing self-regulation, understanding individual motivation and combining empathy and social skills with purpose.
For some, EI is a natural tool in our professional toolkit. For some, it requires commitment and cultivation. Either way, this workshop will provide research-based insights into the value and impact of embedding EI into your leadership style. It is never too early or too late to start.
In this workshop, we will:
- Explore the research behind what emotional intelligence is, the impact it can have on the quality of output and supporting productive and motivated teams
- Consider our levels of EI and the impact we have on those around us
- Look at the pitfalls and challenges of EI in leadership
- Challenge the status quo to consider tactical and strategic changes to how we lead, informed by emotional intelligence.
