Issues with ICIS workflow functionality mean that you may receive multiple confirmation emails after booking your course – please disregard these. If you do not receive a notification, you can double check if your booking was successful via ‘My Training’ – a list of your current enrolments appears on the ‘My Training’ homepage. Our apologies for the inconvenience; rest assured that ICT are working hard to resolve these issues.
EFAW is now an OFQUAL Level 2 qualification. Skills on the course are examined continuously by the trainer. There is also a multiple choice test set by the national body. Staff attending should have good English language skills in order to pass this exam.
It is the responsibility of individuals to ensure that they re-qualify before their Certificates expire.
Participants should be physically able to take part in these sessions and dress appropriately.
Bookings must be made through Departmental First Aid Co-ordinators (FAC). Please contact your local FAC if you need further information.
