Document download button
The Document download button can be used on all pages with either a sidebar (on the left) or a highlight box (aligned within text on the right).
It provides a clickable button for important documents that you wish to highlight on your page. You can see a live example on the right of this page.
Give it a try
1. Before continuing make uer you add a highlight box widget to your page.
To add content types to a highlightbox, the highlightbox area must be 'activated'.
2. Create one hidden section (page) called HighlightBox (case sensitive) as a sub-section (child) of the section where your highlightbox will live.
This section must be named HighlightBox (case sensitive) and hidden from the navigation in order to work.
Below is a screen shot showing a hidden HighlightBox section, a grey folder indicates that the section doesn't show in the navigation and is hidden:
3. Add a Download button - HighlightBox, Sidebar content type to your hidden HighlightBox section. (Find out how to add a content type to a section).
4. A form will appear. Fill in the form as below.
NB: There are six fields, the first two are compulsory and one of the two link options should always be used.
