Meeting monthly and reporting to the ECRI People, Operations and Culture Group (PCO), the ECRI Admin Group provides regular opportunity for the administrative team to review operational and administrative functions, ensure effective flow of information across all members of the administrative team, ensure that processes and procedures are up-to-date and fit for purpose and to ensure that all ECRI activities are effectively supported.

Terms of Reference
- To have oversight of all administrative and operational functions, procedures and policies which support ECRI activities.
- To regularly review these, identifying opportunities for enhancement and to improve efficiency, making recommendations to the PCO, as appropriate.
- To review ECRI’s operational cycle on an annual basis, ensuring operational efficiency.
- To lead on the development and maintenance of Inkpath, ECRI’s course management and booking system.
- To regularly review the success measures for ECRI engagement routes and to prepare and submit an annual report to the PCO on the implementation and success of the ECRI engagement strategy.
- To provide opportunity for the ECRI administrative team to share best practice and update each other on relevant activities and initiatives.
- To consider applications for the Early Career Researcher Fund.
