The cleaning staff are here to keep halls clean and tidy, but this service does not absolve you of your own responsibility for the upkeep and cleanliness of your bedroom, shower-room, flat corridor and kitchen. On this page you will find all the information to help you make this possible.

For you to get the most out of your room cleaning service, we need your cooperation.
So, on the day of room cleaning please ensure that:
- your floor area is clear so the housekeeping staff can vacuum your floor
- your hand wash basin is clear of any belongings
- rubbish is in the bins provided and taken to the recycling bins in the kitchens
- you do not put any food waste down the toilet as this can cause blockages
- any dirty laundry is placed in the laundry basket provided
