Halls Feedback 2018-2019 academic year

As outlined in our Accommodation Strategy, we're committed to providing high-quality and affordable accommodation for all students. To support this, at the end of each year we survey outgoing residents in halls so that we can better understand what they enjoyed and what may be improved across the portfolio. Through this ongoing conversation with our residents, we're then able to prioritise potential areas for improvement and to maintain what has been well-received. 

These findings, as well as the plans of action we have in place for areas of improvement, are published in the Halls Feedback Report 2018-19, available to download now.

Note on 2019-2020 survey

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, students had the option to leave their accommodation early. As such, no feedback was collected for this academic year.
