Advanced standing allows you to be admitted for a doctoral course with a shorter registration period.

You can apply for advanced standing if you have approval to:

  2. Recognise your prior experiential learning undertaken as an employee, Research Assistant/Clinical Research Fellow (RAs/CRFs) of Imperial College London, or staff of the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

You can find details of the requirements and policy governing the approval of admission to a Doctoral course with advanced standing on the admissions policy page.
