Undergraduate students

There is no College-wide entry test although some of our departments do use tests as part of their admissions process.

This can be an online or in-person test administered by a department at Imperial or an external admissions test.

Departmental admissions tests

You may be invited to a departmental admissions test as part of your application. If you are invited, details will be sent directly to you.

You can check if your course requires an admissions test on the relevant course page.

External admissions tests

You may be required to sit an external admissions test as part of the selection process for your application.

You will be responsible for registering for the test yourself so make sure you take note of relevant registration deadlines and test dates.
