Qualifications

Steps:

1. Click the My Details link.

   Step 1

2. Click the Education and Qualifications link.

   Step 2

3. Click the Add Qualification button.

   Step 3

4. Click the Search for Type button.

   Step 4

5. Enter a % sign into the field to bring up the full list of options

   Step 5

6. Click the Go button.

   Step 6

7. Press the left mouse button over the scrollbar and drag the mouse to the desired location.

   Step 7

9. Release the mouse button.

   Step 9

10. Click the Quick Select link.

    Step 10

11. Click in the Title field.

    Step 11

12. Enter the title of your qualification into the field i.e. BSc, MSc

    Step 12

13. Click the Search for HESA Subject Level 1 button.

    Step 13

14. Enter your subject into the field. You can use a % sign to broaden the search i.e. mark%

15. Click the Go button.

    Step 15

16. Click the Quick Select link.

17. If you would like to further specify the title of your qualification click on Level 2

18. Enter a % sign into the field to display the full list of subjects available

19. Click the Go button.

20. Click the Quick Select link.

21. If you are unable to find your qualification in the lists provided then enter the exact title of your qualification here.

    Click in the Additional Subject Info field.

22. Click in the Institution field.

    Step 22

23. Enter the institution you studied at here

    Step 23

24. Click the scrollbar.

    Step 24

25. Click in the Study Start Date field.

    Step 25

26. Enter the date your course started

    Step 26

27. Click in the Actual Completion Date field.

    Step 27

28. Enter the date your course ended

    Step 28

29. Click the Next button.

    Step 29

30. Click the Submit button.

    Step 30

31. Click the Return to Overview button.
