Steps:
Click in the Alternative Email: field.
Step 1Enter information into the Alternative Email: field. Enter "joeblogs@gmail.com", for example.
Step 2Enter information into the Alternative Contact Number: field. Enter "07001234567".
Step 3Click in the 3rd Party Ref: field.
Step 4Enter information into the 3rd Party Ref: field. Enter "00598765", for example.
Step 5Click in the Work Package: field.
Step 6Enter information into the Work Package: field. Enter "ORC-555298", for example.
Step 7Click the Suppress Emails: option, if you wish to suppress the emails.
Step 8Click the Major Incident: option, if the incident is a major incident affecting a large number of users throughout the College.
Step 9Click the Service Status Page: option, if you would like this incident to appear on the Service Status page.
Step 10Click the Save button.
