Related Records

Steps:

1. Click the ASK ICT item.

   Step 1

2. Click the My Open Jobs link.

   Step 2

3. Click the INC0011011 link for example.

   Step 3

4. Click the Related Records tab.

   Step 4

5. Click the Lookup using list button.

   Step 5

6. Click the PRB0040013 link as an example. 

   Step 6

7. Click the Save button.

   Step 7

8. Click the Incident object.

   Step 8

9. Click the Problems tab to view the item that has been related.
