Relating a Problem to an Incident

Steps:

1. Click the Problem Management object.

   Step 1

2. Click the Open link.

   Step 2

3. Click the PRB0040014 link.

   Step 3

4. Click the Incidents (1) object.

   Step 4

5. Click the Edit... button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Created list item.

   Step 6

7. Click the Run filter button.

   Step 7

8. Click the INC0011344 list item.

   Step 8

9. Click the Add button.

   Step 9

10. Click the Save button.

    Step 10

11. T Incident record that has been relatated to the Problem record can be viewed here.
