Steps:
Click the Incident Management item.
Step 1Click the Open button.
Step 2Click the INC0011342 link, for example.
Step 3Click on the Magnifying Glass to retrieve a drop down list of the group you would like to assign the record to. Alternatively, if you know the name of the assignee group, you can simply type the name in the field.
Step 4Click the Problems (1) tab you will see the Problem record added.
Step 5Click the Edit button to add additonal existing Problem records to the Incident.
Step 6For example, click PRB0040014 from the list.
Step 7Click the Add button.
Step 8Click on the drop down list to filter by your chosen field.
Step 9For example click the Priority item.
Step 10Click on the drop down list to choose the Priority for filtering.
Step 11Click the Run filter button.
Step 12Click the PRB0040017 list item.
Step 13Click the Add button.
Step 14Click the Save button.
Step 15Click on the Problems tab to view the Problem records that have been related to the Incident.
Step 16Click save and finish.
Step 17
