COVID-19 Statement

The health and safety of our guests and staff is our priority. Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, Imperial’s guest accommodation will no longer open for the 2020 summer period (29 June to 26 September).

If you have already made a booking for 2020, you will have the option to:

  • Move your booking to an alternative date in 2021
  • Request a full refund of the total room rate.

The reservations team is in the process of contacting all customers who have already made a booking for this year to discuss your options. If you have not heard from us, please contact a member of the team.
