Important COVID-19 update
It is with regret that, due to the continued uncertainties surrounding the ongoing global Covid-19 pandemic and the associated logistical and operational challenges and risks it presents, the college has decided that, in order to protect the safety of all campus users, it will be necessary to cancel all activities on campus over the summer period.
Therefore, Imperial’s guest accommodation will no longer open for the 2021 summer period. This has been a very difficult decision to make which was driven by the fact that the safety of our customers, staff and students remains our highest priority. After much-considered deliberation there was consensus that the running of our guest accommodation would present too much risk to our campus users.
If you have already made a booking for 2021, you will have the option to:
- Move your booking to an alternative date in 2022
- Request a full refund of the total room rate.
The reservations team is in the process of contacting all customers who have already made a booking for this year to discuss your options. If you have not heard from us, please contact a member of the team.

Refunds and cancellations for summer 2021
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, Imperial’s guest accommodation will not open in the 2021 summer period (June to September).

In order to comply with Government-issued Covid-Safe Guidelines, you can expect some temporary changes to our operational procedures and guest services, including the closure of our gyms, swimming pool and kitchens to summer accommodation guests until further notice.
