Research Interests

Enhancing thrombolytic therapy through the use of nano-particles.

Mathematically describing the fluid mechanics, mass transport and heat transport involved in the formation and lysis of blood clots.

Looking at the potential of acoustic ultrasound in treating thrombosis.

Project Title

Development of a multi-physics model for thermosensitive liposomal delivery of drugs activated by focussed ultrasound.
