Mehmet Emre Ozfatura was born in Izmir, Turkey, in 1990. He received his B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering with Math minor and M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Sabanci University (Turkey), in 2012 and 2015, respectively. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Imperial College London where he is working as a member of Intelligent Systems and Networks (ISN) group. His research interests are video streaming applications and co-operative mobile networks. His current research focus is on energy efficient mobile networks.
