The Capital and Control team co-ordinate the development, approval and reporting of the College’s Capital Plan, as well as developing business cases for the Group’s major capital investments. The team provides financial and commercial input to the masterplans for both the College’s existing South Kensington and new White City campuses.

Delivery of the Capital Plan is dependent on the strength of the Balance Sheet and so the team ensure that the Balance Sheet controls operate effectively. This includes both fixed assets and cash management; the team chairs various meeting monitoring performance and tracking issue resolution to retain the integrity of the Group’s Balance Sheet.
