*Strategy Investment Priorities – We would like to get a greater understanding of where you would like to see further investment
**Club Sports Development Plans – These sessions are aimed for club committee members to gain an understanding of why we want long term development plans for sports clubs. We want to explore and discuss the following:
- 3 year development plans – how will they work and what will they achieve?
- What does success look like for your club/ what are your goals?
- How do you want to develop?
We will not be completing your plans in this session but it will give you an idea into why they are so important to the future development and success of your club. Please come prepared with some discussion points.
***Sports Federation/Governance Framework – these sessions are aimed at members of student sports clubs. We want to get your input to help us shape the new governance framework for sport and discuss ideas on how the sports federation will operate.
****Performance Sport Framework – these sessions are aimed at members of student sports clubs. We want your help with shaping the framework and processes of performance sport at the College, we would like your input to frame the criteria for selection for 2019/20 season onwards. We would like to explore and discuss the following areas:
- What do we want to achieve from our performance sports?
- What is the value to the College?
- Examples from other Universities
