Board of Studies (1911 - 1998)

The Board of Studies at Imperial College London was created in 1911 to govern the academic functions of the College. When the College received its new Charter in 1998 the Board of Studies was replaced by the Senate. The Board of Studies appointed committees to help in the management of specific functions of the college.
